My name is Samira Kordestani. I was inspired to develop this unique décor company shortly after my daughter, Ayla, was born unexpectedly two months early .
I noticed how eagerly my newborn’s eyes scanned the room, taking it all in, hungry for visual
treats. I wanted to cover her blank walls with something magical – something worthy of those fresh, fantastic
little eyes. Having trained and worked for many years as a graphic designer, I had a very distinct vision for my
daughter’s room. It would be:
Modern • Colorful • Unique • Safe • Fun • and most of all,
Stimulating!
Lovingly named after our nickname for our daughter (joo joo means baby bird), joo joo panels are like nothing else on the
market. We make them with 3/4-inch thick non-toxic foam: it’s safe, modern, lightweight, incredibly colorful and so easy to
install...a big plus for busy parents like me.
On top of the foam, we mount glossy photo paper for the ultimate in graphic clarity and color vibrancy. This photo paper is
specially sealed so it’s waterproof, fingerprint-proof and fade-proof. joo joo panels mount quickly and easily onto baby’s walls
with a removable, non-damaging, self-adhesive foam square that’s 1-inch thick, so your panel appears to float.
